I can think about and understand what is or isn’t a suitable place to start this manoeuvre.

I can use the correct observations and procedures to navigate my way on to the right hand side of the road, allowing other road users to understand my intentions and ensuring that I am close to the kerb when I stop.

I can carry out effective observations before beginning to reverse.

I can select reverse and begin the manoeuvre, maintaining a slow speed to ensure for accuracy and allowing time to continue to observe my surroundings.
